It started with a Journey.

Air travel can be exhausting. We created Capsúl to change that.

Delayed flights. Overnight layovers. Early morning departures. For millions of travelers, airports can mean stress, noise, and nowhere to rest.

We believe people deserve better, not just a place to wait, but a place to pause, sleep, and recharge.

From chaos to calm.

We lived the problem firsthand: airports full of tired people with nowhere to go. Hotels were offsite, expensive, or unavailable for short stays. Lounges helped, but they didn’t offer true privacy or rest.

So, we designed something better: a space where you can relax in peace, steps from your gate.

Capsúl was inspired by what we experienced abroad and what was missing at home.

While travelling, we came across airport rest spaces that were smart, private, and purpose-built. But in Ireland and across much of Europe, travellers are still left with limited options: uncomfortable benches, expensive hotels, or no real place to rest.

With backgrounds in technology, customer care, and revenue management, we approached the problem from a fresh perspective, not as hoteliers, but as travellers. And that’s exactly who we’re building for.

At Capsúl, the traveller comes first. Every decision from how you book, to how you check in, to how the pod feels once you close the door, is shaped by real-world experience and a deep understanding of what today’s travellers actually need.

We’re exploring our concept launch pilot and working with forward-thinking airports and partners in Ireland and across Europe to expand.

Our mission is simple: to make restful, secure, on-demand airport sleep as easy as ordering a coffee.
